    Let us be your in-house, personal chef for the week! Designer menus can be personalized to your needs and timeframe. Whether it’s for 3 nights or 7, we will work with you to design your custom menu. Below is a sample for 7 Nights:

    Night 1:  LOWLAND STEAMER DINNER
    Sesame Tuna Bites, Veggies and Dip, Cheese and Crackers, Fresh Toss Salad w/ variety dressings, Corny Corn Bread, Steamer Pots of Seafood, Steam Vegetables, Corn on Cob, Kielbasa, Sauces, Fruit Crisp w/ Ice Cream.
